Contract Executive

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES / NGHĨA VỤ & TRÁCH NHIỆM:

• Responsible in the overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost, negotiation with sub-contractors and other relevant duties. Preparation of project tender, costing, budget, and estimates including Bills of Quantities

• Responsible for the import/export document preparation

• Monitor the payment to supplier, receiving from client.

• Work closely with the legal/financial department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the Company.

• Support bid teams with the bidding process.

• Other related scope of works assigned by company management.

AUTHORITY/ QUYỀN HẠN CÔNG VIỆC:

• Implementation of Contracting activities; Import and export of raw materials, performance of contracts with customers.

• Advising the Company's Board of Directors on financial management policies and measures.

Education/ Học: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related filed

Language/ Ngôn ngữ: English, Vietnamese

Qualification/ Kỹ năng: Excellent negotiation (technical and commercial competent) skills and ability to make decisions;

• Interpersonal communication skills, team abilities, and social capabilities;

• Strong leadership skills and a proven record of execution of cross-functional/ cross-cultural teams/projects.

Others/ Khác:

• Knowledge in quality management system related to evaluate and control the suppliers;

• Knowledge in importing and exporting material.
