Continuous Improvement Manager - Bac Ninh

The opportunity is open for senior engineer, assistant manager who hold a strong foundation and experience in implementing Operation Excellence, Lean, and Continuous improvement at the factory context. Description The successful candidate will report to Plant Manager and the WCM core team in Headquarter: * Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives across the factory to optimize processes, minimize waste, and improve productivity. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure lean strategies align with organizational objectives and are effectively executed. * Navigate dynamic manufacturing environments by adapting lean principles to address challenges and foster continuous improvement. * Utilize lean tools and methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping, to enhance operational efficiency. * Train and mentor team members on lean practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. * Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of lean initiatives, highlighting their impact on efficiency, quality, and cost. * Lead strategic projects to improve operational performance and meet company objectives. * Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards in all lean manufacturing activities. Profile The qualified candidate should meet those expectations: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. * Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) is highly desirable. * Proven experience in lean manufacturing, with a track record of successfully executing lean projects in a factory setting. * In-depth knowledge of lean principles, tools, and methodologies, with practical application experience. * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels. * Results-oriented, proactive, and committed to achieving performance targets. * Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
