Position Summary

We are a special and unique marketing team, unlike any other travel company in Vietnam. We are looking for a Content Creator for Oxalis Group (which includes Oxalis Adventure and Oxalis Holiday). The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

● Deep knowledge and understanding of Oxalis’s products and core values

● Good content creation skills in both writing and design (post, photo, short video, script, copywriting)

● Ability to develop Oxalis’s social media and content plans (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok)

● Good communication and presentation skills

● A dedication to the company's business and growth.

Report to: Marketing Manager

Scope & detailed responsibilities

The Content Creator will craft and execute our social media plan to boost our online presence and enhance marketing and sales. Responsibilities include creating content, managing social channels, booking digital ads, engaging with the online community, and analyzing metrics.

● Developing, implementing, and managing social media plans across platforms following strategies

● Planning, creating, publishing, and sharing new content (including photos, videos, etc.) across social media platforms to enhance reach, raise brand awareness, and encourage potential customers to interact more with the brand.

● Reply to customers’ reviews over platforms

● Collaborating with photo and video makers to ensure content is as engaging as possible.

● Design photos for social media posts

● Host livestream in English or Vietnamese

● Manage advertisements through Meta, TikTok Ads

● Staying updated on the latest technological solutions for optimizing social media.

● Monitoring metrics, analyzing user engagement with content, and suggesting content optimization to increase engagement.

● Strengthening social relationships by interacting with partners, and social media influencers.

Requirement & skills

To be a successful candidate, you should have the following qualifications:

● A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant fields

● Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

● Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics

● Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

● Basic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) and design thinking

● Experience with social media advertising

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● On-camera presentation skills

● Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

● A portfolio is required
