Job description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Content Creator is responsible for developing captivating ideas and content that resonates with audiences across various platforms. From concept development and pre-production planning to production and post-production editing to you will be responsible for bringing the brand vision to life through visually compelling stories. The primary role will focus on content creation but will also collaborate with other business units within the company. This position reports directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager APA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conceptualize, develop and edit internal content to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Conceptualize, develop and edit external marketing content to support the Marketing Strategy.
• Support the Marketing & Communications Manager in developing a Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok,…) concept and creating a consistent still imagery, video content & copies.
• Ensure a consistent message across both internal and external channels and a storytelling that meets the company’s values.
• Familiarize yourself with market trends in all countries of Asia Pacific, stay on top of industry, marketing & technology trends to ensure relevancy & to support creative brainstorming sessions
• Keep audience attention by improving successful campaigns, retiring irrelevant content, and testing new concepts.
• Test & try content creation with newest AI technologies and develop new ideas while using current relevant AI resources
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job requirements
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Production, Content Creation, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong storyteller with a creative mind that can envision a final piece from an initial concept discussion.
• In-depth knowledge of digital media platforms, and other distribution channels.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Canva and other relevant software.
• Expertise in Video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve Studio or similar tools.
• Excellent Communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive content decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to generate original and innovative ideas.
• Strong experience with video, audio, and photo equipment.
• Experience with automation and AI, such as ChatGPT is a plus.
