Construction Project Manager

• Develop and implement strategic construction plans for Jollibee brand expansion.

• Oversee the construction of Jollibee stores to ensure safety and quality standards.

• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure construction is completed efficiently.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

• Report on project progress and present updates to stakeholders regularly.

• Identify potential risks and challenges in construction projects, proposing effective solutions.

• Train and supervise project staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

• Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety standards.

• Project management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.
