Construction Engineer

• Review and inspect the documents (drawings, design, ...) related to construction, interior works.

• Monitor the progress and quality of building, construction-related activities

• Assess the condition of buildings, determine the need for repair or maintenance

• Coordinate with authorities to obtain approvals, facilitate inspections and handle other construction-related tasks.

 Key Responsibilities/Nhiệm vụ chính:

• Check and confirm design drawings and technical specifications based on project requirements.

• Supervise and manage construction, building related work to ensure compliance with building standards.

• Conduct quality checks on materials, construction methods, and other aspects to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Coordinate and oversee work performed by subcontractors and construction teams.

• Report upper management in a timely manner and provide necessary advice for decision-making.

 Yêu cầu chung/General requirement:

- Độ tuổi/Age: 22 ~ 35 years old

- Giới tính/Gender: Nam/Male

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• 5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering.

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.

• Knowledge of building standards, legal regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving skills.

• Good English communication skill.
