Commercial Executive (Working Location: Quang Ngai)

Job Description:

- Support tender and proposal submissions

- Execute on tender process for specific tender requests and quotations, to high professional standards and to deadline.

- Meetings with clients as demands of work

- Provide superb professional support and service to clients

- Take meeting minutes/actions at commercial team meetings

- Prepare, review commercial contracts with clients.

- Other tasks assigned by Commercial Department.

Job Requirement

- Demonstrable excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field;

- At least 2- year experience in commercial role;

- Proven organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail;

- Professional and tactful approach, works with integrity;

- Be flexible and reliable, able to work outside standard business hours as required;

- Solid understanding of commercial practices, ability to draft contract amendments, contractual letters;

- Sound knowledge of contractual terms and conditions;

- Proven negotiation skills with customers and suppliers;

- Good level of 4 skills in English, especially oral and written;

- Proficient in computer skills.
