Commercial Controlling Manager (Finance Business Partner Manager)

Financial Controlling / Reporting:

• Prepare accurate, transparent, relevant, and timely management reports to country as well as operational information. Ensure the management reports are in-line with applicable Group corporate’s guidelines & reflect the accurate position of the accounts financial performance.

• Prepare variance analysis and narratives in order to alert management on financial issues, trends, and opportunities

• Perform any assignments as required by the Direct Manager

Planning and Budgeting:

• Manage the monthly forecast and yearly budget of operation sites or customer accounts in conjunction with line manager.

• Ensure the accuracy and relevance of the forecasts/budgets for the sites or customer accounts in charge.

Business Controlling:

• Support decision-making processes of all the relevant line functions with financial advice and expertise

• Ensure that the agreements with the customers / suppliers are considered by a lawyer / expert

• Clarify the questions from the customers regarding monthly reports and invoices.

• Provide financial perspective / expertise in business negotiations with customers or suppliers.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting & Finance.

• ACCA qualification is preferred. Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query is a plus.

• 6+ years of relevant experience in roles such as Finance Business Partner, Commercial Controlling, etc.

• Strong experience in budgeting and cost control.

• Experience managing multiple accounts and projects.

• Strategic thinker, agile and resilient.

• Detail-oriented and data-driven.

• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Adaptable and embraces change.

• Fluent in English.
