COLLECTION ANALYST ACCOUNTANT

Work directly with the Stakeholders: Accountants, IT, Med Rep, DSM, RSM to prepare, review and deliver periodical AR data, reports.

Undertake detailed analysis of AR data.

Initiative follows up to ensure the high accuracy of actual collection figures vs plan.

Generate monthly AR consolidation reports, and provide analysis to improve collection & Credit control performance.

Drive COD customer setting & maintaining processes.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within Financial Accounting domain

Understand the impact of the accounting process and practice.

Good knowledge of Management Accounting techniques in relation to accounting data analysis.

Good knowledge of common application software, such as spreadsheet and word processing. Knowledge of PowerBI, SAP is an asset.

Proficient in English and Vietnamese.

Good inter-personal skills in dealing with internal and external customers/contacts at all levels.

Good administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work.
