Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning:
Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share within the cluster.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align cluster operations with the organization’s long-term strategic goals.
Ensure the cluster's commercial operations align with corporate policies, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.
Provide insight and analysis to support decision-making and drive improvements across business functions.
Operational Excellence:
Lead the operational execution of commercial strategies, including sales, marketing, pricing, and customer service.
Oversee the performance and optimization of business processes across the cluster to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor key operational metrics, identify trends, and ensure the team is focused on meeting targets.
Ensure that operational workflows, systems, and tools are standardized and efficiently implemented across the cluster.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial operations team across multiple regions within the cluster.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the commercial team.
Manage resource allocation, staffing, and professional development to ensure the team has the skills and expertise needed to meet business objectives.
Promote cross-functional teamwork between sales, marketing, finance, and customer service teams.
Revenue & Profitability Management:
Drive revenue growth and manage profitability across the cluster by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing accounts.
Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue while ensuring competitiveness in the market.
Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure the commercial operations are delivering against revenue and cost objectives to recover public debts.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Keep track of competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics as needed.
Provide market intelligence and actionable insights to inform sales strategies and customer engagement.
Customer Experience & Satisfaction:
Ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently high across all touchpoints, focusing on delivering exceptional service and value.
Work with customer service teams to address customer concerns and implement solutions to enhance the overall experience.
Drive initiatives that improve customer retention and loyalty within the cluster.

Qualifications:
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in commercial operations, with a proven track record of leadership and performance in a complex, multi-region environment.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, pricing, and customer service, especially cover public debts.
Analytical & Financial Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and develop data-driven strategies.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Problem Solving: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions to operational challenges.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM, ERP, and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, etc.) is priority
