Claims Assessment Senior Supervior

Main Responsibility

Justifying the validity and completeness of claim file

Giving out appropriate requirement for information, documents and investigation

Making sound claim assessment and accurate claim decision

Providing excellent service to customers, agency force and others

Handling customer’s complaint

Monitoring pending claims and ensuring service TAT

Training and coaching claim assessors

Taking charge of other tasks/projects as and when assigned by Claims Manager

Qualification and Experience Requirement

University degree, medical back-ground is preferred

3-year experience in claim assessment or clinical experience

Strong analytical and judgmental skills

Interpersonal and supervisory skills

Good at communication, negotiation and presentation

High level of integrity and initiatives

Highly committed and self-motivated

Well organized and be able to work under tight deadline and pressure

Be familiar with computer software and usage

Proficient in English and Vietnamese
