Be responsible for Non-life Insurance process management for B2B clients, including:
- Check the quotations to ensure that they’re complied to the Company guideline
- Process the policies, certificates, endorsements and other documentations for all lines of insurance
- Issue documentations speedily & accurately
- Scan finalized policies and securely store them in the designated system
- Others assigned by the Superior.

*REQUIREMENT
- University graduation.
- At least 2 years of working experience. General knowledge of the Insurance field/ Contract processing/ Paperwork handling is preferable.
- Good at English.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Carefulness, Detail-oriented, Teamwork, Being service-minded, Adaptability, Time management skills.
*EXPECTED START WORKING DATE: December 2024, or A.S.A.P depending on candidate's availability.

*WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working location:
Ho Chi Minh Branch Office, 14th Floor, Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC
- Working time:
+ Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 or 8:30 – 17:30
+ Work from home: 1 day/ week
- Pantry room equipped with Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee machine, Yogurt, Tea & Coffee
- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignments.
- Motorbike parking: In the same building (company-registered).
