We provide innovative custom solutions according to our customer's requirements. The Group was established in 1986. Nowadays Venair has 28 sales branches distributed in Europe, Africa, Asia and America, 3 manufacturing centres and employs more than 300 people around the world.
What are we looking for?
Now, due to our fast international expansion, we are seeking a Sales Executive for our branch in Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi, Vietnam where we support mainly Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics and Food manufacturers and the major FMCG of the country.
The ideal candidate should have experience selling industrial B2B products to companies in these sectors or selling process related equipment to OEMs and engineering firms operating in these areas. Alternatively, they should have worked within these manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects and manage the entire sales cycle to close new business doing prospection, cold calling, business trips, quotations, follow up…
- Visit customers in their manufacturing plants and corporate office around the assigned areas in Vietnam.
- Foster customer service relationships with clients to generate future sales opportunities.
- Champion company products by demonstrating product-specific knowledge.
- Achieve sales goals by following proven processes and developing new ones.
- Fill in the CRM with all your commercial efforts.
- Represent the company in exhibitions and trade fairs (as a visitor or exhibitor).
- Other sales tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar).
- Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales Experience, especially in green-fields and sectors such as pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, or some of our targeted markets.
- Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi area residents preferably base on our branch located
- English level: Good at communication, reading – writing well.
- Ability to identify, qualify, and close sales accounts.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Flexibility to travel frequently (minimum 50% of the time).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
