Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced After-sales spare parts Specialist with over 3 years of experience in spare parts management. The role is responsible for the maintenance and management of spare parts, ensuring the timely distribution and return of spare parts for service providers, and improving end user service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Spare Parts Management

• Plan and manage spare parts reserves, ensuring proper application and distribution for service providers.

• Maintain the consistency between physical parts and inventory in the parts library to ensure adequate stock levels.

• Oversee retail and deposit credit management of parts for service providers.

• Manage the review and return of defective parts after repairs.

• Optimize and improve the parts library management and the Global Customer Support System (GCSS) and APP.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with the After-sales Manager on parts-related issues within the center.

• Liaise with service providers, the Technical Director, and Parts Managers regarding accessory issues, distribution, and training.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in parts management or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Proficiency in CSS operation and related management systems.

• High proficiency in written and verbal English; proficiency in Chinese language is highly advantageous.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Experience in logistics control and basic management of air-conditioning BOM.

• Awareness of environmental protection, health, and safety standards.
