Chuyên Gia Chính Sách Đãi Ngộ (Remuneration Policy Expert)
Job description
- Design salary –compensation structures appropriately to ensure competitive advantages compared
to market as well as to encourage employees to carry out their jobs well.
- Build salary scales, reward policies, policies of promotion, merit increase based on the performance evaluations to ensure the internal equity and competitive advantages versus market.
- Determine job grade based on job evaluation result
- Evaluate the reward proposal of Business unit
- Be in charge of communication on compensation and benefits
- Design labour-related policies, HR operational policies to ensure compliance with the Law and VPB SMBC FC’s regulations.
- Coordinate with related Business units to build and submit to competency authority to issue HR internal templates and regulations, to comply with applicable Law and VPB SMBC FC’s regulations.
- Communicate, record, and monitor the implementations of HR related internal regulations
- Other tasked assigned by Human Resource Management Division Director
Job requirements
- Bachelor qualification (preferred Human Management, Law, Economics)
- 5 years of working experience in the field of human resources
- Profound knowledge of HR, Labor regulations, Social insurance , Health Insurance, Personal Income Tax and related regulations
- Knowledge of labour market trends
