Chief Financial Officer

A CFO role for a leading international Manufacturing business with an office in central HCMC. Description * Lead all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and risk assessment. * Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's long-term objectives and growth plans. * Partner with senior management to make data-driven decisions and drive business performance. * Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. * Implement and maintain robust financial controls and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. * Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions. * Provide leadership to the finance team, ensuring continuous development and performance optimization. * Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial systems, processes, and reporting tools. * Ensure effective financial planning and reporting on key projects and capital investments in the manufacturing operations. * Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational priorities. Profile * A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred). * Minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience * Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and corporate finance. * Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, supply chain, and inventory management.
