Chemical Engineer (Technical Service)

Responsibilities:

• Help Account Managers by providing service to the customers by finding ways to add even more value for them.

• Work with customers (both current and new) to understand what they need. Then, recommend ways to improve their business and help us sell more.

• Build strong relationships with important people at our customer companies, including plant managers.

• Give technical support to customers. This means figuring out their problems and fixing them.

• Solve customer problems by looking at their systems, analyzing data, and giving them written recommendations on how to improve.

• Update customers about our company's newest and best technology so they'll want to keep working with us for a long time.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (environment, biology, chemistry, etc.)

• At least 1 years’ experience in Chemical Engineer/ R&D/ technical sales/ service or field sales/service support experience.

• Industrial chemical is preferable.

• Having good English skills.

• Good communication skills and having passion in technical service field.
