Certification & Regulations Staff

1) Homologation process control for new and existing vehicle models/ safety part/ radio frequency part.

2) Prepare and submit necessary document, technical report from Mitsubishi Motors Headquarters (HQ) to Authorities.

3) Communicate with internal department, vendor for homologation inquiry.

4) Stay updated on the latest regulatory changes to internal and Mitsubishi Motors HQ.

5) Discuss with VAMA (Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers Association) members and join meeting with authorities.

6) Communicate with Mitsubishi Motors HQ for regulations issues.

7) Prepare for COP (Conformity of Production) Audit at Mitsubishi Motors Plant and suppliers in Vietnam and oversea.

8) Other minor duties:

• Control homologation document

• Prepare document for ISO audit

• Arrange business trip for Mitsubishi Motors HQ expert

• Communicate with translation service vendor for translating request

- Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably with major in Automotive Engineering, mechanical engineering or related field.

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Automotive industry.

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive industry and knowledge of Vietnamese Certification & Regulations. Knowledge of quality management system ISO or IATF or UNR is preferred is highly preferred.

- Required skills:

• Good English proficiency (all 4 skills, especially good at speaking & writing)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good negotiation & interpersonal communication skills
