** What You’ll Do
* Drive Revenue & Own the Business:
- Take full ownership of the center’s sales performance – you set the strategy, drive growth, and hit the targets.
- Lead sales & retention initiatives to attract new customers and keep them engaged.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, from customer experience to internal processes.
* Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience
- Keep the customer journey seamless and exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
- Solve challenges proactively, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
* Optimize & Scale for Growth
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and maximize profitability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance business operations.
* Lead, Inspire & Develop Your Team
- Train, coach, and build a high-performance sales & operations team.
- Foster a dynamic, result-driven culture where everyone thrives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, but always innovate for better ways to do things.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in a fast-growing or educational organization.
- Strong background in sales and customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal & team management skills.
- Fluent in both English & Vietnamese.
