Purpose
• Support LM to build winning plans that deliver NORTH growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements
• Execute & track/monitor all category/sub-category activity plan
Accountabilities & Measures
Key Accountabilities
1. Channel & Category Development - Win in North
• Support LM to drive Channel & Category Development & Executions - Win in North
• Provide input into category & channel planning in terms of budget, timing, allocation, mechanics to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of Win In North initiatives
• Based on data analysis and market insights to support LM build plan to drive category/sub category growth sustainable to fully delivery North target
• Together with LM to work with Brand/ MKT team to develop in-store communication plan & BTL plan by channel to support for all special initial MKT projects for North & ensure its implementation/execution
• Conduct regular field work and work with Sales team to get feedbacks on plan and insights of market/ customers
• Provide monthly reports on category/sub-category performance in term of volume, distribution, stock weight, ASO penetration,…
• Other tasks assigned by LM
2. Ensure excellent executions of Trade WIN Programs
• Work with sales team, Cat & Channel Operations team as well as third parties to implement the initiatives
• Track & monitor all activities to ensure operation smoothly
• Ensure OTIF payment to customers/distributors
• Provide report, analysis of these initiatives’ performance
• Support LM to manage effectively budget in each program
• Conduct regular field work to have in-depth customer/shopper insights for the designated channels in North
Job requirements
• Education
University graduation in economics or relevant disciplines
• Functional expertise (experiences, functional skills)
• At least 02 years of work experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing, FMCG preferred.
• Good understanding of Trade MKT
• Good understanding of North retails market is a plus
• Soft Skills
• Strong data analysis with insights
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership, proactive and result-oriented.
