The Card Manager at Galaxy Joy will be responsible to compose, build, execute and ensure to deliver the card related KPI, including projects, card issuance and the TOI of cards portfolio, loan on cards product as well as other qualified measurement.
Key Responsibilities
• Join and contribute card related projects
• Cooperate with Commercial and Marketing Department for card issuance and engagement activities together with cross sell activities
• Cooperate with Commercial and Marketing Department to manage all POSMs, communication, customer life cycle, segmentation and different approaches
• Cooperate with relevant departments and partners to assure credit/ debit reconciliation and settlement, including original amount and converted amount with FX rate, income from 2 dimensions: card holders & Galaxy Joy.
• Manage fees/ interest reconciliation and settlement with all parties.
• Lead card process improvement and relevant product improvement
• Lead the daily operation of card product, enhance and development relevant operational processes, monitoring and supporting tools
• Work with development team and partner banks to ensure card products comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
• Manage regulatory reporting and operational compliance by cooperating with internal functions and bank partners.
• Manage dispute/complain resolution activities upon deployment of card products and services.
• Other tasks assigned by line Manager.

A. Qualifications & Working experience:
• BA/ BC degree in Business related major or Banking&Finance;
• Deep understanding of Card Product and Portfolio
• Having experience in leading card business in established international/ local Bank.
• Experience in managing staff, targets, sales, service and processes
