C&B Executive

• Administer payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

• Resolve payroll-related issues and queries efficiently.

• Manage all aspects of Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) registration, updates, and terminations.

• Handle monthly reports, payments, and resolve employee claims related to SI/HI/UI.

• Assist with visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for local and expatriate employees.

• Handle the process of obtaining and renewing work permits in compliance with local regulations.

• Prepare and submit required reports to government authorities, such as labor and tax-related annual filings.

• Develop and monitor workplace safety protocols and fire prevention measures. Ensure compliance with local regulations on fire safety.

• Manage monthly PIT declarations and deductions for employees. Oversee the annual PIT finalization process and address any discrepancies.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records. Handle employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in C&B, Payroll, and Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) management.

• Familiarity with visa and work permit procedures and government reporting.

• Strong knowledge of Personal Income Tax (PIT) and finalization processes.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
