Job Description:

As a Business Process Specialist (Super User) within the functional team, you will be responsible for understanding business processes to help drive processes and technological innovation. You will work with business stakeholders to understand current processes and examine issues while also partnering with various programme teams on solution implementation. You will contribute towards the design, testing, training, and continuous improvements of the technology solutions for Vietnam. The team will function as a touchpoint between end-users and Digital & Technology teams post implementation.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure Product Master Data is available across value chain in the right quality and time. By preparation readiness master data for new products and maintain master data for existing products.

Job scope:

• Preparation readiness master data on time for each testing phase by refer milestone.

• Record & revise master data on testing phase (SOVD) by referring to ICC for BOM part and product engineering confirm information for routing part in the right quality and time.

• Aware and alert for timeline and event for effect to testing phase and mass production timeline in portion of Product Master Data.

• Problem Solving and feedback ideas and preventive solution to Master Data Organization in defining data quality and simplify way of working.

• Represent Pre-Production to participate cross functional data management and governance model.

• Document and maintain business definition and processes.

• Analysis and improvement for find the better way of working for shorten lead time and corrective information. Moreover, to find a preventive way for prevent information mistake.

Change Management:

• Manage the changes to data processes to ensure alignment with change on core business processes.

• Monitor and editing ECRN support production team once have change.

Knowledge and Opportunity: Facilitate knowledge sharing and dialogue across business functions and stakeholders.

Relationships & Collaboration: Establish and maintain good relationships across the business.

Work Environment:

• Work with massive data, a lot of details and changes. High impact on some mistakes.

• Work under pressure of workload and limit of timeline.

• Archive MDM data preparation correct & on plan.

• 5+ years of manufacturing industry experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury or fashion environment

• In-depth experience in ERP or MOM processes – Master Data Management

• Operational business experience, ideally in business process design and implementation

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ME or SAP Digital Manufacturing platforms will be an advantage

• Ability to proactively seek out various opinions and effectively collaborate with others

• Ability to align people, business processes and systems with business strategy

• Well structured, good analytical and conceptual thinking. Strong process-orientation including ability to define, analyze and document business processes

• Exhibit strong self-initiative, problem solving, decision making, and multi-tasking skills in a fast- paced environment to continuously create efficiencies through creativity, experimentation, and ideation

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient level of English will be required
