Business Development Manager (Up to $2000)

• Construct, search, and develop the company's target customer database
• Tap into, create, and establish long-lasting relationships with customers
• Prepare market reports and detailed reports on potential customers
• Monitor the market and competitors, analyze market trends
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan, construct, and implement marketing programs and advertisements
• Establish goals, construct, and develop projects to introduce the company's products into the market
• Propose new solutions to the leadership team to enhance cooperation with partners
• Work with internal departments to enhance the connection process with partners and plan deployment after the connection is established
• Management, providing assistance, and guiding the team to achieve monthly goals
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Excellent English skills (IELTS 6.0+)
• At least 3 years of experience in developing Partners/Merchants, with priority given to those who have worked in e-commerce companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Trade (preferred), Commerce, or Foreign Language.
• Fluent in a foreign language: capable of reading and self-studying through English materials, communicating with, and understanding the needs of some foreign customers.
• Good at forecast, planning, analytics skills.
• Good at leadership; motivation; problem solving skills.
• Well organized, able to handle many tasks at same time .
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
• Experience in POD industry is a plus.
• Ability to self-educate, research, and continuously improve and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Dynamic, cooperative, and equipped with exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
