As we expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in accelerating growth and fostering strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop business plan to ensure sales targets are meeting or exceeding year over year growth of selected business within your assigned market
Manage and retain relationships with existing and potential clients (B2B) as well as business partners
Develop new business opportunities by identifying target customer groups and new markets, developing market approaches.
Closely collaborate with other functional teams to fulfill customer inquiries and demands.
Perform work related to business operations such as sales processes, business contracts, invoices, business documents, revenue - profit reports,... to support business growth.
Conduct sales performance forecasting and analysis, report to senior management.

Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience Sales B2B in one of the following industries:
- Loyalty Industry: experience in jobs linked to digital product, working knowledge of banking, insurance, aviation, and e-wallet industries.
- Gift Card/ Employee Industry: Experience in enterprises specialized in business consulting solutions (HR services, software…) and conventional gift firms.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong network and experience in managing relationships in companies with complicated departmental hierarchies.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsDesire to deal with complex business issues, and ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
Knowledge of analytical tools PowerBI, SQL, Stata, SAS, R is a strong plus
Prior experience/proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Salary & Allowances:
13-month salary with annual performance bonus, project incentives, sales incentives (based on position)
Lunch allowance: 730.000 VND/month
Annual leaves: 18 days/year
Health: Social insurance, PVI premium, yearly health check at Vinmec
Vacation: 3-5 nights at Vinpearl per year (based on levels)
Education: 10% - 30% tuition fee deduction for children at VinSchool (based on levels)
