Job description
• Develop short-term and long-term business strategies for the assigned sector:
- Research and analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends; Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for data center business activities
- Take responsibility for managing, operating, investment effectiveness, business performance, and advising the General Director (GD) on decisions related to the assigned field; ensuring sales and profit targets are met or exceeded
• Manage business operations; Expand markets and find customers:
- Identify, develop, and build relationships with potential customers and partners related to the data center sector
- Understand customer requirements accurately, design appropriate and optimal solutions, participate in negotiating, discussing contracts and business terms with customers, contractors, or relevant partners
- Collect and respond to market feedback to improve products/services; coordinate with technical departments to deploy optimal solutions for customers
• Manage relationships with partners and customers:
- Build and maintain relationships with large and strategic customers (companies, government agencies, banks, ...)
- Research and update new trends in Data Center technology; participate in technical consulting, provide appropriate solutions, meet specific customer requirements
• Build and Develop the Sales Team:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-quality business team
- Set goals and motivate business to Sales Executive
- Manage team performance and create a work environment that encourages creativity and innovation
• Conduct performance evaluations and report directly to GD and the board of Directors.
Job requirements
• University degree or higher in Business Administration/IT/Electronics-Telecommunications or related majors
• English equivalent to TOEIC 700 or higher, good listening and speaking skills
• At least 5 years of experience in equivalent positions and fields
• Experience in business development and expanding international channels and markets
• Sensitive and deep understanding of data center technologies (cloud, colocation, dedicated servers, ...) and technology trends (AI, IoT, Edge computing, ...)
• Excellent skills in management, strategic planning, and decision-making
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with customers/partners
• Preference is given to candidates with experience working with major enterprise customers (finance, banking, telecommunications, government)
• Ability to clearly and convincingly convey complex technical information.
