A. Responsibilities
1. Responsible for business development scope in identifying and securing business opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives.
2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
3. Deal Identification: Proactively identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with the company's strategic objectives. Source deals through networking, industry events, online research, and other relevant channels.
4. Qualification and Due Diligence: Prepare and evaluate the feasibility of potential deals by conducting comprehensive due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessment. Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational teams to assess the viability of deals.
5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, stakeholders, and industry contacts. Establish rapport and credibility to foster trust and successful collaboration.
6. Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiation efforts to secure favourable terms and agreements for partnerships, acquisitions, or other business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to structure deals that align with the company's goals and objectives.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, leasing, legal, development, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sourced deals. Communicate effectively to align internal stakeholders on the benefits and requirements of potential deals.
8. Deal Presentation and Communication: Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to internal and external stakeholders. Clearly articulate the value proposition of potential deals and their strategic fit.
9. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the progress and success of executed deals, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics. Provide regular reports to management on deal pipeline, progress, and outcomes.
10. Market Research and Analysis: To research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential growth opportunities. This involves staying up-to-date with industry developments and understanding the competitive landscape.
11. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking.
• At least 5 years working in similar areas (Business Development/Financial Analyst/Investment Analyst/…)
• Experience in business development in real estate projects in Vietnam and good knowledge about the real estate market in Vietnam is preferred.
• Excellent analytic and logical thinking.
• Good at team working and leadership.
• Good at English and communication skills.
• Creativity and innovative thinking in order to develop new business plans.
• Excellent decision making.
• Able to build and run financial modelling.
