Business Development Manager

• Support in overall business development and maintain an extensive understanding of market trends and conditions;

• Be a focal point in preparing budget and investment strategy to submit to GD and BOD for approval

• Compile inputs from all department and prepare Business Plan to submit to GD and BOD for consideration & approval

• Be a focal point in preparing agenda and contents for BOD and GMS meetings

• Meeting and presenting to potential investors on potential divestment or sale and make recommendation to GD and BOD

• Cooperate with Land Management department for land compensation and land related matters;

• Cooperate with Design Management and Construction Management in all tenders and contracts;

• Cooperate with Sale & Marketing for sale campaigns, customer survey in order to recommend appropriate real estate product segments

• Report to director on business progress, results; customer needs, problems, concerns; competitor activities and potential for product/service business development

• Advise the senior levels on real estate related matters affecting the project and company

• Stay update with real estate policies, procedures, report to superior levels;

• Train and coach junior team members

• Other tasks as required by the GD and Board of Directors

• University degree in business, banking, finance, real estate fields

• Real estate professional license, accreditation and certificates are an advantage

• 10 years of working experience preferably in real estate developer or real estate services company

• At least 3-5 years working in international companies with similar position

• Knowledge of real estate related Laws and regulations.

• Fluent English skill to work with foreign directors and managers

• Good presentation and office computer skills

• Highly self-motivated and self-driven manner with strong business orientation

• Proactive and resourceful with problem-solving abilities

• Ability to organize and manage work efficiently

• Ability to work well under pressure and adaptability to quick changes
