BTM Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and expand our NetSuite Practice in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP solutions, particularly NetSuite, and a proven track record in business development and sales. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and working closely with the implementation team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities
• VN Market Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
o Analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead Generation and Relationship Building:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with Oracle, partners, prospective and existing clients.
o Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (networking, cold calling, inbound leads, etc.).
o Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote BTM Global’s branding.
• Marketing and Sales Management and Support:
o Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and promotional events.
o Collaborate closely with the Sales team to build sales strategies and achieve business targets.
o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns and propose improvement measures.
o Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
o Conduct negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
• Client Onboarding and Account Management:
o Work closely with the implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding and project kick-offs.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the initial stages of the project.
o Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the ERP or software industry.
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of ERP and its implementation processes.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must have good English (equivalent TOEIC 700) skills, including reading, writing, listening and speaking.
