Responsibilities:

1. Find and recruit Creators (60%)

• Research, find and build a database of ideal creator profiles (Creators, Streamers, VTubers, Cosplayers, Influencers, etc.)

• Directly contact Creators and recruit them to be on Gank

• Negotiate agreements or contracts with creators for long-term partnership

2. Onboarding Creators on Gank (20%)

• Guide and assist Creators during their onboarding process

3. Marketing Activities (20%)

• Manage Gank’s social media presence

• Execute other marketing tasks assigned by the Business Development Manager or Headquarters

Requirements:

• Salary negotiable based on experience level

• 2-3 years of experience in the Creator industry, such as working with Cosplayers, Livestreamers, VTubers, Gamers, Lifestyle Influencers etc

• Understand the creator economy and its monetization models (donations, memberships, digital content etc)

• Able to speak and write English

• Sales and negotiation skills for recruiting Creators

• Marketing and communication skills
