OVERALL VIEW
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our professional, open, and innovative team. Ideal candidates have at least 1-year prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education and technology sector. What is more important is that they should be a self-starter, willing to learn, and eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Above all, we are looking for individuals who are passionately committed to achieving ambitious targets through proactive effort and a whatever-it-takes mentality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Proactively seek new business opportunities in Vietnam, and build long-term trusting relationships with customers in the education and corporate training sectors.
● Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads.
● Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met.
● Work and collaborate with cross-functional team members to optimize processes, systems, messaging, and alignment strategies.
● Drive cross-functional relationships, especially across large and complex environments.
● Community-building activities to enable deeper engagement with the ecosystem across events, conferences, and other initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor’s degree or above
● At least 1 year of B2B business development experience in the education sector
● Working knowledge of the sales process, CRM software, and sales performance metrics
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
● A self-motivated individual and also an enthusiastic team player
● Ability to collaborate and create innovative solutions to solve difficult challenges
● Ability to successfully leverage partnerships to achieve strong business results
● Fluent in English is a must; good at using Chinese is preferred
● CV's language: English
SALARY & BENEFITS

This will be negotiated based on capabilities and experience, not including commission and bonus
