ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Business Development Associate, you'll gain hands-on experience, participate in decision-making processes, and be part of the exciting growth trajectory of a start-up environment. You'll actively contribute to our sales strategy meetings with top executives and assist with expanding our base of Private Equity, Hedge Fund, and Management Consulting firms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support daily B2B Sales/Business Development administrative and execution tasks.
• Conduct research to identify and engage prospective new clients.
• Data management & analysis.
• Enhance and manage the sales database.
• Support corporate activities when required.
• Participate and lead client meetings when needed.
• Participate in weekly sales strategy meetings with managers.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth.
• Data-driven: Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Strategic Thinker: A creative problem solver who can identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions to achieve growth targets.
• Excellent Communicator: Proven ability to build rapport and stakeholders influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with expert networks or consulting services.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of the Asia Pacific market is a plus.
