Business Development & Project Lead

As a Business Development & Project Lead at Otto International, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients. Increase the traffic and the reach of the company website and the social media channels. Work on internal and external marketing and communication to increase the awareness for the company and its services as 3D Virtual Solutions Competence Centre. To expand the business market share and increase revenue and identifying new revenue streams.

How will you make a difference?

• Managing new project launches from execution to delivery, with the global team for design, assets and product

• In charge of social media, monitoring traffic and reach and identifying improvement areas

• Handling internal and external communication & marketing

• Managing, planning and executing webinars, trainings etc

• Engaging with potential clients and identifying new business opportunities

• Generating proposals, pitch presentations and tracking the conversion rate

• Diploma or Degree holder with 5+ years of experience in Project and New Business Development or Fashion Management ideally background in 3D Product Development within the fashion/garment industry, Social Media Marketing

• Excellent business acumen with solid experience in partnering with the global and regional team in an international and fast-paced environment

• Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills with a strong entrepreneurial mindset

• Solution-oriented, passionate and proactive attitude

• Well-organised, self-motivated, dynamic, result-oriented problem solver and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

• Excellent command of written & spoken English.
