Job description
1. New Client Acquisition:
• Develop new business opportunities, focusing on Japanese companies.
2. Existing Client Support:
• Conduct client needs analysis and provide consulting based on data collection and evaluation.
• Propose and execute actionable solutions tailored to client requirements.
3. Data Management and Analysis:
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to create reports and provide strategic recommendations.
4. On-Site Support:
• Handle local inquiries related to SaaS products, utilizing fluency in Vietnamese to ensure effective communication.
Job requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
• Language Proficiency:
+ Japanese: N2-N1 level (business-level communication required).
+ English: Business-level proficiency
• Experience of working for Japanese company (any industry is fine)
