Business Analyst (BA)

• Problem Collection & Analysis: Gather and document issues and requests from various departments, analyzing the scope and impact of required changes to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Requirement Definition: Develop clear and detailed requirements and specifications, defining the scope and objectives of the requested changes based on collected data.

• System Testing & Support: Actively participate in and support system testing phases, ensuring all requirements are met and issues are addressed before deployment.

• Coordination with Development Team: Work closely with the DEV team throughout the development cycle, clarifying requirements to ensure accurate understanding and successful implementation.

• Documentation & User Support: Prepare comprehensive system documentation and user guides. Organize and lead instructional sessions to support users in effectively using new features and handle any issues that arise.

• Reporting & Communication: Provide regular reports on ongoing projects and escalate issues directly to the Head of Department as needed.

• Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties assigned by the competent leader to support departmental goals.

Business Analyst (BA) Responsibilities for WTS/MTS:

• Write detailed software business requirements specification documents, including use cases.

• Design prototypes for interface development, creating user-centric and functional layouts.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar business analyst role. Preference for candidates with experience in product analysis within Fintech, digital finance, digital banking, or securities.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Skilled in using business analysis tools such as Visio, Axure, Balsamiq, and Figma.

• Strong interest in exploring product trends within the financial industry.
