Role purpose and responsibility:
• The role will be responsible for driving innovation, overseeing the development of new products, and ensuring the seamless integration of the launching process among global & local stakeholders.
Role accountabilities
• Closely collaborate with global & local brand teams, insight teams to explore potential innovation that align with the business objective in Vietnam
• Deploy and implement the launches end to end including 6 gates: opportunity, concept, feasibility, development, commercialization, post launch
- Build P&L for possible scenarios of product
- Develop research brief & evaluate concepts
- Involve in product formula development with Global Product Development team
• Coordinate with other departments with RA, Supply Chain team in Vietnam site to ensure alignment and integration of the new product development process into the mass manufacturing.
• Identify the potential risks and develop mitigation plan to address any issues that may arise during the preparation of the launch
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and internal customers.
• Communicate progress and updates to senior management and other relevant parties.
• Ensure all new products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Yêu cầu công việc
***Must have:
- Education
• University graduate in preferably Marketing, Science or Pharmacy, Food Science or Nutrition or other related scientific field.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese
- Experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product development, innovation, product launching.
• Experience in packaging development including technical parts of packaging design
• Proven track record of leading successful product development projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards of Nutrition product.
• Marketing experience or nutritional background in a food manufacturing company would be an advantage
- Technical/Functional Expertise
• Strong Project Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident, outgoing and career orientated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to travel nationwide and internationally.
• Highly computer literate, awareness and usage of AI tools like Chat GPT and Skill of design would be an advantage
***Preferred
- Education: An MBA from a reputable University would be an advantage
- Experience: Work experience in a leading Nutrition company with products in Adult Milk Powder category would be an advantage
-Technical/Functional Expertise: Knowledge and usage of graphical AI tools like Dall-E, Mid Journey or similar would be an added advantage
