Brand Manager_FMCG
The Brand Manager is responsible for translating business and marketing objectives into a strong, profitable Beverage product portfolio that meets customer needs and preferences, and drives growth for the organization.
This role leads the identification of emerging consumer trends and partners with the Product Innovation team to create a pipeline of delicious, competitively-priced, and profitable branded Beverage products that address key market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Portfolio Management:
• Analyze market insights, customer data, and competitive intelligence to develop a strategic product roadmap and menu management strategy
• Identify market gaps and spearhead the development of new, innovative beverage products
• Continuously optimize the product mix to maximize sales and profitability
Commercial Strategy:
• Build comprehensive marketing plans, calendars, and budgets to position beverage products for success
• Define compelling value propositions that differentiate the brand and resonate with the target audience
• Design and measure the impact of product-specific marketing campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner closely with internal teams (e.g., Product Innovation, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless execution
• Foster relationships with external vendors and industry partners to support marketing initiatives
Consumer Market Understanding:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, evolving consumer preferences, and regulatory changes
• Leverage market intelligence to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in Brand Marketing in food & beverage industry
• Proven track record of building successful food & beverage portfolio
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in interpreting profit & loss statements, planning, budgeting, and marketing ROI analysis
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
