JOB OVERVIEW:
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales for the craft beer brand. This role involves managing campaigns, product launches, events, partnerships, and digital marketing while ensuring brand consistency and storytelling. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.
DUTY & RESPONSIBLE:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Develop and execute a brand strategy aligned with the company mission and business goals.
• Define the unique selling points (USPs) of our craft beer range and communicate them effectively.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints (packaging, taprooms, digital, events).
2. Marketing & Campaign Execution
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns (Customer Loyalty Program, Taproom Openings, social media, influencer collaborations, PR).
• Create engaging content that highlights the brewing process, beer styles, and brand story.
• Oversee new product launches and promotional activities.
3. Events & Customer Engagement
• Organize beer tastings, taproom events, and festivals to enhance customer experience.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses, craft beer bars, and restaurants for cross-promotions.
• Engage with craft beer communities, bloggers, and influencers.
4. Sales & Retail Support
• Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials for events at our taprooms.
• Support taproom marketing efforts to increase foot traffic and repeat visits.
• Monitor customer feedback and market trends to refine strategies.
5. Digital & Social Media Management
• Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
• Develop and implement content calendars for social media and email marketing.
• Content for both should create excitement for customers and generate engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for growth.
6. Market Research & Performance Analysis
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
• Prepare reports on brand performance and present recommendations.
7. People Management
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (brewery and taproom teams) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and passion within the marketing team.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration between marketing and other departments to execute campaigns effectively.
8. Commercial Teamwork & Collaboration
• As a core member of the Commercial Team, actively contribute to discussions on market expansion, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
• Work closely with Area Operation Managers and Taproom Managers to ensure marketing strategies drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
• Align branding efforts with the broader commercial strategy to support business growth objectives.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives that enhance brand visibility, taproom performance, and overall commercial success.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Experience: 3+ years in brand management, marketing, or related fields (preferably in F&B, alcohol, or lifestyle brands).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
• Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and storytelling.
• Creativity: Ability to craft compelling campaigns that engage beer enthusiasts.
• Passion for Craft Beer: Understanding of brewing processes, beer styles, and the craft beer community is a plus.
• Communication: Strong writing (English/Vietnamese), public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behaviors.
