I. Job Summary:
• The Brand & Communications (B&C) Team Head is generally responsible for leading the brand communications team in continually enhancing a particular brand image and closely control nationwide; increasing positive brand awareness internally and externally as well; ensuring brand compliance, proactively develop annual action plans and carry out all activities and programs within branding and marketing functions
• In this role, he/she is responsible for organizing and conducting communications, public relations (PR) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities across the company to ensure that the company's messages are standardized and unified with the community as well as with the media.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage physical branding, including:
• Manage physical branding activities across the country to enhance brand awareness, including office signage, interior design standards, and branding decorations in the office
• Work with team members on license implementation, both for new and renewed licenses
• Control Brand Compliance and report Brand Compliance breach, both online and offline to protect brand reputation
• Develop and build brand awareness for business growth
2. Be in-charge of Communications tasks InternalCom, CorpCom and support MarCom:
• Manage development of memo, announcement, website articles & news & blog, social content, speeches, events agenda & scripts, corporate & brand & events clips
• Take lead in company branding materials/advertisements development
• Plan proper contents regularly across all internal communications channels (LCD nationwide, Intranet, Website, Internal social fanpage, etc) with creative and trendy concept, but not break Brand standards and Company’s brand archetype
• Propose and execute, or align with relevant Divisions and Trade Union to implement programs, contests and activities included, but not limited to internal communications, corporate communications, marketing communications to promote brand love and brand awareness
• Plan and lead execution, in conjunction with inter-department/division resources if needed, of Corporate and Internal Communications, CSR activities and Company events for external attendants (eg. Customers, partners, journalist).
• Centralize and take lead press media management including PR campaigns implementation, relationship maintaining with journalists, Share of Voice (SoV) monitoring at proper level for branding support.
• Work with relevant functional department in Communications Crisis handling and management.
3. Budget control and adopt initiatives for cost efficiency and good activities’ results.
4. Support Department Head in administration task to monitor press relation and crisis communications.
5. Other assigned tasks by Division Head, Department Head.

III. Job Requirements
1. Qualification: Bachelor degree in Comm./MarCom/Media/International Relations or related field
2. Work Experience: 5-7 years working experience in Branding, Corporate Communication, Events and/or PR/integrated advertising with 2 years in management role.
