JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for driven and professional individuals to join our Boutique Team. As a Timepiece/ Jewelry Sales Executive, you will be working directly with the customers, providing them with product knowledge and effectively selling both the brand and product. You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers. You should have a thirst for knowledge, great people skills and the willingness to learn.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be our brand ambassador and transmit our brand values and culture to clients through excellent sales and after-sales service
• Develop visibility & awareness within clients via participating to timepieces and high jewelry events
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients and build emotional connections with them
• Knowledge sharing, coaching & influencing the team as the reference of watchmaking and fine jewelry in the Boutique
• Ensure the Boutique is maintained to a high standard at all time
• Take lead on Boutique operations (sales, stock, after-sales and complaint handling)
• Ensure strict adherence to all retail standard operating procedures
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Diploma holder or above, timepiece and jewelry related certificate (e.g. FHH/GIA) holder is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in luxury retailing or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Basic knowledge and usage on systems and devices, understanding of Boutique SOP
• Passion for luxury watches & high jewelry
• Exceptional client service with good service attitude (warm, friendly, positive & enthusiastic)
• Open & positive mindset
• Willingness to learn and being resilient
SALARY PACKAGE
Monthly basis salary, commissions and bonuses.
