1. Know Your Customer:
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential customers to understand their
characteristics, needs, markets, and competitive banking products within the USME
customer segment or assigned focus sub-segments.
• Gather and analyze customer information, including operational methods, business plans,
and financial statements, to understand their business model, key success and risk factors,
and financial needs.
• Provide tailored financial solutions based on the customer’s profile and segment.
2. Products and Pricing:
• Stay updated on product knowledge, features, benefits, and related policies to effectively
advise customers on:
o Standard products and services, bundled offerings, and business programs,
including deposits, credit, services, trade finance, foreign exchange, derivatives,
and other products tailored for USME business customers.
• Recommend pricing strategies aligned with financial plans, customer risk, performance
on risk assets, and customer lifecycle value in accordance with Navigos Search's partner
regulations.
3. Sales and Services:
• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers through various
channels, including assigned customer lists, self-sourced leads, forums, and conferences.
• Plan and identify business opportunities with target customers, focusing on increasing
wallet share and portfolio quality in line with Navigos Search's partner's strategic
direction.
• Offer financial consulting services, including business planning, financial statement
management, cash flow management, cost control, and profit maximization.
• Collaborate with product sales teams and relevant units to create comprehensive, optimal
financial solutions based on customer insights and industry developments.
• Provide excellent customer care, ensuring the delivery of customer value propositions
and meeting quality commitments to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
4. Credit Risk Management:
• Oversee end-to-end credit risk management for the assigned customer portfolio.
Coordinate with the Risk Management Division to evaluate and appraise customers,
ensuring compliance with Navigos Search's partner regulations.
• Collect, monitor, and update customer records and business situations to support account
management, propose solutions, and assess creditworthiness.
• Manage post-lending activities, including monitoring and addressing overdue debts, and
mitigate risks in accordance with the bank’s regulations.
5. Operational Compliance:
• Adhere strictly to all relevant regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Proactively identify and manage operational risks related to the managed portfolio.
6. Organizational Development:
• Pursue continuous personal development to meet work-related changes and challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve the bank’s common objectives.
7. Performance Management:
• Monitor and manage business performance against assigned targets.
• Manage and optimize the existing customer portfolio by enhancing sales, cross-selling,
and improving portfolio quality as per Navigos Search's partner's strategy.
8. Additional Duties:
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the USME Director.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, or Auditing.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales and business customer appraisal.
• Proficiency in English with a minimum TOEIC score of 550 or equivalent.
