Automotive/ E-Scooter Engineering Training

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive / E-Scooter Engineering Training to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs that ensure our after-sales team and customers are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively use and maintain our products. You will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance the customer experience and provide ongoing support post-purchase.

- Develop training master plan of global aftersales engineering.

- Develop detailed training plans for Vietnam market and control training plans of overseas markets.

- Prepare and control the quality of training documents according to the master plan/topic.

- Provide trainer training and/or direct training sessions in the markets.

- Control the quality and efficiency of engineering training in the markets.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Previous experience in a technical training or after-sales support role.

- Strong understanding of technical products and after-sales services.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.

- Experience with e-learning platforms and training software is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in English
