Assistant to the Chairman (Male Only)

- Assist the Chairman in managing and operating the company.

- Collect and analyze information and data to support the Chairman in the decision-making process.

- Schedule, arrange and manage the Chairman's work schedule.

- Organize, record and distribute meetings.

- Monitor the progress of actions and decisions made in meetings, monitor and supervise implementation, ensure that work is completed on time.

- Review reports, proposals, documents that need to be signed from departments and branches before submitting them for signature and honestly convey the Chairman's instructions to departments/branches.

- Interpreting in meetings with partners or on overseas business trips with the chairman

- Report and perform other tasks as assigned and authorized by the Chairman

- Male, 25 - 35 years old

- University graduate or higher, majoring in finance, accounting, economics, ...

- 2 years of experience in a similar position. Priority is given to those who have worked in foreign-invested enterprises.

- Proficient in office software and software related to the profession.

- Logical thinking, flexibility, observation ability.

- Good communication and situation handling skills.

- Fluent in English. Priority given to candidates with IELTS 7.0 or higher.
