Assistant to Internal Audit Director

Purpose and Scope: main responsibilities

The Assistant to Internal Audit Director will support Internal Audit Director in all the activities of Internal Audit Department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Engagement: Support Internal Audit Director in communication with all the departments.

2. Translation and interpretation: Support Internal Audit Department in translating and interpreting Chinese language in all the meetings

3. Audit Engagement: Support Internal Audit Director in conducting audit engagements and following up the business functions.

4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

5. Other: Other tasks assigned by Internal Audit Director.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage.

2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.

4. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to details.

5. Communication Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

• Excellent command of Chinese.

• Preference will be given to candidates with English language skills.

6. Organizational Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

7. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with different departments.

8. Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the same position.

• Experience working in the manufacturing field is a plus.
