Assistant Sampling (Fixed-Term Contract)

Job summary

• Prepare ingredient & market product samples to send to customers & suppliers as required by Sales team.

• Manage inventory of Lab warehouse

• Follow up progress of client/supplier’s samples requested and support process of customs clearance until goods being arrived in Lab.

• File & record technical data of all raw materials for sampling & sales (Specification/Technical data sheet, MSDS, quality product proclamation & others.). This task is done under guidance and supervision of Senior Manager, Technical Service

• Support operation team to prepare samples to send to 3rd parties for testing for product proclamation.

• Report data monthly

• Support to order for repairing and maintaining Lab.'s equipment & infrastructure.

Essential responsibilities

General Lab Inventory Management:

• Manage the inventory of Lab to ensure all necessary materials are available for projects and daily operations.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the Senior Manager, Technical Service and cross-functional teams, including sales and regulatory affair to ensure alignment on customer requirements

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of technical findings, and inventory levels.

• Prepare monthly reports as required.

Education

• Bachelor/ College degree in Applied Science/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering/Food Engineering or related field

Work experience

• Minimum one years' experience in similar role (Food industry is preferred)
