Position Summary:
• Report directly to Sales Managers and Business Development Head
• Work under Sales Devision
Key mission:
The Assistant Sales Manager (Audio) supports Sales Managers in driving sales
performance, developing strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships for audio
products. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with the ability to coordinate and
execute sales initiatives, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
• Assist in developing and implementing sales plans to achieve business objectives
for audio products.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth
opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor progress toward monthly and annual targets.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify potential
new clients.
• Act as a key point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and negotiations, ensuring
excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable audio
solutions.
Team Support & Coordination:
• Supervise and motivate the sales team, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for audio
products.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on team performance and
sales activity.
Administrative Duties
• Manage documentation related to sales contracts, proposals, and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
• Support inventory management for audio products to avoid stockouts or
overstocking.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to follow:
• Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.
• Number of new clients acquired.
• Retention rate of existing clients.
• Performance of the sales team under supervision.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 03 years of experience in Sales; Marketing, Bussiness Adminstration
• Proficient (intermediate) skills on MS Office software pack.
Referred and Plus:
• Have experience with Audio Equipment field or Similar.
• Good relationship with Audio/Electronics Dealers and Channels (retailer- wholesalers).
• Have extensive knowledge and experience in using data analytics tools, such as Power BI, Excel.
Education and Language:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Upper Intermediate Level (B2) in English.
Basic Qualifications:
• Decision Making/Team Management and Work Planning Skills
• Strategic, Logical; and Creative Thinking base on sales mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities
• Training and Coaching Skills
• Be able to adapt and get along to different cultures and persons
