Assistant Planning Manager (Ben Cat)

- Develop top-down view on regional demand plan from a supply perspective, ensuring defined selling (net+gross), stock and reduction cost targets in alignment with regional commercial strategy, financial plan, business unit direction, and capital tied up targets.

- Develop and implement supply chain, supplier quality and logistics strategy that support global production of high volume consumer electronics product.

- Recommend optimal plant layout, labor deployment plans and MRP (Material Raw Planning) to support production volume forecasts and model mix.

- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams, lead the transformation of global supply chain operations through development and execution of supply chain simplification and variable/base cost productivity projects.

- Rolling collaboration with Inventory Optimization Managers and Merchandise managers to understand current challenges and stock management needs.

- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner. Manage inventory accuracy across all warehousing and manufacturing locations, and maintaining all material master information within the ERP system.

- Lead the daily forecast by facility and flow type for inbound volume, outbound volume, and storage and SKU utilization.

- Run analyses of customer group/concept growth potential to identify regional opportunities and recommend regional strategy in collaboration with Merchandising managers.

- Manage integrated ERP system, data integrity and analysis.

- Provide rolling update on forecast and deviation from current plan of region/market demand and inventory levels to proactively identify needed actions (short, mid, and long term) on buying, bulk sourcing, and stock management.

- If additional buying methods and roles are applicable in region (%-market, Market Opt), responsible for defining ways of working and syncing with these.

- Introduce significant metrics to assign ownership and accountability, and to allow immediate identification of process issues and correction.

- Develop regional exit strategies and take actions for unwanted inventory to maximize selling and profitability.

- Support CS managers with business case and technical analysis (e.g. sales at different price points) to enable best possible commercial decisions on detail and total.

- Provide all necessary inputs to business review, project feasibility study to management team.

- Forecast, budget, and follow up of reduction costs with Head of Demand & Supply.

- Graduated from Logistic, Business Administration, Supply chain management or any relevant

- Have 5 years experience working in the same position

- Capable of setting goals, planning, organizing, controlling, decision-making, people management, good budget management, work independently, interact and cooperate.

- Knowledge of the Manufacturing Company

- Good English skills (speaking and writing).
