Assistant Manager/Senior Officer, Bancassurance Quality Assurance

PURPOSE:

• Seeking highly motivated personnel for Quality Management in Bancassurance.

• Main coordinator to support the line manager in executing BAU, ad-hoc tasks, and initiatives to monitor, manage, and enhance quality within the Banca channel. This involves working with the Sales team, Banca Support team, Actuarial team, IT, Operations, and Governance teams (Risk, Compliance, and Legal), among others.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Sales Quality Management

• Coordinate and follow up with Account Heads, Sales teams, and Bank partners to monitor and improve K2/K3 ratios.

• Develop tools to support Sales teams in driving sales quality as needed be.

• Develop and maintain reporting flows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.

• Support Sales teams, partners, and other departments with inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding data and systems. Prepare and maintain user guides.

• Propose and support action plans related to sales quality improvement initiatives, including ad-hoc presentations and document preparation.

Banca Distribution Risk Management

• Coordinate with relevant departments to identify risks, implement controls, test control effectiveness, and report regularly on any risks, incidents, or issues related to sales quality.

• Conduct periodic QA checks on operational procedures and other controls within Banca, including QA checks on onboarding and offboarding processes, dual code/blacklist screening via AVICAD, and other compliance/risk review assignments.

• Collaborate with the IT team and relevant departments to process data or system enhancements, handle inquiries, and conduct UAT as needed.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Auditing, Statistics, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience; experience in the life insurance industry is preferred.

• Qualification or certificate in Life Insurance is a plus.

• Knowledge of risk management, quality assurance, or audit; understanding of end-to-end sales and post-sales processes for insurance is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with PowerBI and SQL is preferred.

• Strong data analytics and data storytelling skills.

• Excellent communication skills to convey complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner to a wide range of audiences.
