Directly work with all Business Heads and their teams to execute Automation Solutions throughout Knits Division

Manage and Develop a Competent team to execute Automation Solutions

• Set Daily KPI’s to achieve Project Deadlines

• Identify weaknesses and strengths within the team and action where needed

• Set up clear Organization Structure to cover the working scope

Project Management

• Set Clear KPIs for all projects with the team

• Review and approve Project Timelines and follow up daily

Project updates and alignment

• Review & update all projects with Buinsess Heads monthly

Create a positive & proactive mind-set

• Implement Kaizen

• Practice 6S

• Team Building

Report Monthly/Quarterly on Project status

• Business Heads Monthly

• Quarterly VP update

Education Master's Degree in Major/Subject: Automation/Mechanical

Professional Qualifications

Years of Work Experience

+ Have experience in management role

+ Have experience in garment manufacturing environment in engineering/improvement role

+ Have experience in automation/manufacturing company

Technical Skills

Good knowledge in automation & control system

Good knowledge in automated machines and designing

Strong experience in project management

Languages
