Assistant Manager, Private Enterprise

Key responsibilities

• Manage, direct and delegate effectively to project team members in assisting the delivery of projects for our clients

• Implement training/ coaching programs to train team members to complete assigned tasks

• Lead internal and external meetings/workshops with clients/other internal teams

• Work independently with minimum intervention from high management

• Implement training/coaching programs to train team members to complete assigned tasks

• Act as a team leader who is proactive and has a service-oriented mindset to deliver high quality products to clients

• Support senior management on products development and go to market

• Bachelor's degree in the area of Audit, Corporate Finance, Finance Accounting, Accounting or related disciplines is essential

• Project management qualifications and skills is highly desirable

• ACCA, CPA, CIMA or MBA professional qualifications will be an advantage

• A minimum of 5-6 years working experience in a similar role.

• Demonstrable knowledge in one or more of the following areas: financial & accounting management, IFRS, compliance, business effectiveness, and corporate governance.

• Data analytic experience is a plus (VBA, Python, SQL, Power BI, etc.)

• Preference given to candidates with previous experience in Big 4 firms or advisory/consulting/audit. Strong experience in manufacturing, consumer, retail, e-commerce will be an advantage.

• Preference given to candidates with strong knowledge and experience in system consultancy services, including implementation and consulting, especially for finance and controlling modules (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.)

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes of finance, accounting, sales, distribution and/or manufacturing functions

• Analytical and creative thinking

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese

• Willing to travel as and when required
